28 Days of Thanks: A Life Lesson….
They are all lessons…
Some have referred to this world as ‘Earth School’…
Our lessons are being fed to us through our experiences…and relationships…
Our pain, fears, limiting beliefs…they are all triggers so that we will learn our life lesson..
We are here so that we learn what we need to move on…
Defending Your Life is a 1991 romantic comedy-fantasy film about a man who dies and arrives in the afterlife only to find that he must stand trial and justify his lifelong fears in order to advance to the next phase of life; or be sent back to earth to do it again. The film was written, directed by, and stars Albert Brooks. It also stars Meryl Streep, Rip Torn, Lee Grant and Buck Henry.
I love this movie because it’s an entertaining exaggeration of what is and what may be…
And yet… we don’t know, what we don’t know!
If I had to choose just one life lesson, I’d say: Don’t let Theo throw something at the flatscreen…
We just may be “little-brains” based on how we deal with fear…See Defending Your Life below… The concept of this movie keeps coming up!

28 Days of Thanks: I’m thankful for all the lessons…
They make us who we are.
Charlie says her favorite lesson in school is “either science or math…I can’t choose”…
Perhaps a lesson in life I learned early in life…and then loss sight of: Follow Your Bliss
I think it can all be blissful….and it’s when we are separated from our bliss, we learn some of the tough lessons…
When I asked Charlie about lessons outside of school…she said she couldn’t think of any…
I’m thankful for the lessons I have yet to learn….and those I learned without even knowing it!
What life lessons are you thankful for?
