Wow! How young we look!
This was our first Christmas together and about a month after we met…
I really thought I didn’t age….
I’m thankful for the times we have spent together and the memories we have made… we have had many experiences and I am certain that our happiness has only increased.
I’m thankful for becoming a stronger, better woman…one who can love him greater…
I’m thankful for how much better we’ve gotten at fighting… I mean, resolving conflict…
I’m thankful for our minds and our hearts and our commitment to each other and how I still get excited to talk to him and see him… I really like when he’s around…
We are two totally different people than we were when we met…in this picture…
But we have grown together….not apart… and our paths are consistently parallel….
This is why it’s so important for us both to take personal responsibility for our paths…and our energy… because they intersect and are reflective of each other….
Marriage is about serving the other, making the other happy…
Actually…it’s about helping the other heal from all their experiences…release their crap…and limiting beliefs…and this…will make them happy…
We must give them a place to feel safe…to feel vulnerable…so they can heal their wounds and be happy…
We must first give this place to ourselves…
