The spring of 2012, Gabby was fired up about earning… I love to see her passion, and I’m thankful to recognize my own passion as she continues to give permission for us to receive…
What I’ve always loved about Gabby is her conviction… conviction is something I have prayed about for so long… Gabby is unapologetic…in a loving way!
This really resonates with me because I have found myself in situations where I allow other people’s energy to really take over for me… I allow myself to feel small… I allow myself to accommodate their energy, their interests, their space…I have noticed myself shift my energy and my body, in the space of other men, women, people that are older than me, perhaps they are in a level of power that I associate with success and or dominance…an example may be a lawyer or doctor…
Other times I’ve noticed I act small around other women, typically those older than me, perhaps they are wearing professional clothes or a lot of jewelry… I think I act small around women who wear a lot of jewelry! Hadn’t thought about it before now, but searching in my memory bank, I associate these women as expressive and powerful… Gabby is wearing jewelry in this video and I really like the pieces she’s wearing…
We have all been around people who take up a lot of space… I appreciate this opportunity to recognize the choices I have made in the past and any choices I make moving forward to alter my own energy or space, will be a choice and an intention….not an impulse due to fear or habit…
As for the passion about your profession! I think we do accommodate others and this blocks us from creating the things we really desire and are inspired to create. AND, we must RELEASE our limiting beliefs about how much money we need to make or how much we deserve, or what we think we are worth…
A mantra I have grown to love, and I’m so pleased that Gabby mentioned it here, is:
I am willing to receive
We must be willing to receive the inspiration for the ideas, the inspiration to take action and then be willing to receive the currency that comes with it…. currency is simply a transaction of energy…
I believe greatly that we must release our limiting beliefs about what we are worth, what we are capable of and allow the universe to come through us… My reciting the mantra above, I am strengthening my own belief in this powerful space, and also inviting the universe to make her move.
