Dance Like No One Is Watching + Visualization

And she does Dance… I am still unable to watch this video without laughing…

You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching

Love like you’ll never be hurt,
Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.”
― William W. Purkey

To dance is to wear a bathing suit without going swimming

Charlie really likes to put her bathing suit on and run and dance around the house… she’s always been that way. She will take towels out of the closet and lay them out on the floor. Talk about visualization! Let’s just go to the beach!
Top 5 things I will visualize with my kids:

  1. Standing in front of Magic Kingdom at Disneyworld
  2. Laying out at the beach
  3. Peace and Love with ourselves and our family
  4. Listening to Mom and Dad
  5. Being kind to each other

I’ve learned through my spiritual and enlightened journey that we are to live in the moments we want, transcending the moments we currently experience.
A great way to experience this is through mediation. These are the moments we can sit in stillness:

Meditation is the art of being still. It is said that prayer is when you talk to God and mediation is when you listen to God. It is a process in which you can release everything that is going on in your mind in order to hear what is going on in your soul. We should all take time each day to let go of fear, anger, responsibility, and ego in order to allow Spirit to show us the way. ~ Iyanla Vanzant

To dance like no one is watching is to be without the taking into consideration who is watching… what they will say and if we will be judged… and really, we hope they are watching… perhaps our own dancing with our light on, will inspire them to do the same.
